18 April 2024, A Pro-Palestine protest to commemorate the 76th anniversary of Nakba took to the streets of Central London. The demonstration marked the 76th year since the Palestinians were displaced during the Arab-Israeli war in 1948. The demonstration, which saw protestors march from BBC Portland Place to Downing Street, was to reiterate the desire for a ceasefire in Gaza and a peaceful resolution to the conflict. The protest was organised by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC), one of the UK's biggest organisations in support of Palestine.
